You can watch the sun and moon rise over the bay, see the pelicans and seagulls gliding over the water and even catch the gray whales as they make their journey through the deep blue waters. There is a large fenced yard and plenty of off street parking for cars, boats, RV's, etc. It's an easy walk to 3 different secluded beaches, Old Town Galleries and Restaurants, the Library, the Port of Brookings/Harbor and the local cinema.

Inside the home you will find 2 Master Suites with brand new Queen beds, a 3rd Bedroom with 2 bunks and a Full size Sleeper in the upstairs living room. The 2nd story features a spacious living area with vaulted knotty pine ceiling, a wrap around sectional with flat screen TV, a wet bar and an entertainment table that looks out the bay windows over Pelican Bay. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room are located conveniently on the 1st floor. Just off the kitchen is the dining room and Breakfast Bar. The entire house is decorated in a Coastal motiff to put you right in the vacation mood.
